JHL Constructors is a commercial general contractor founded in the State of Colorado in 1984. JHL constructs various types of commercial, HUD housing, assisted living, office, educational, institutional, and medical facilities as well as recreational centers, and park/playground/pool facilities. We maintain approximately 70 employees in the field and 15 office staff. In the fiscal year of 2007 our completed contractual volume was over $65 million dollars.
JHL Constructors is well know throughout Colorado for providing competitive pricing on all types of commercial hard bid and negotiated projects. JHL has a great deal of experience with both ground up and renovation projects for public institutions in the State of Colorado. Over the past twenty-four years, JHL has completed in excess of two-hundred and fifty projects including a new administration facility for the County Sheriffs of Colorado, a new recreation center, a new concert hall and cultural arts center, five new high schools, six new middle schools, eight new elementary schools and over 100 addition/renovation projects; all told over $650 million worth of commercial construction projects in the past 24 years.
JHL Constructors, Inc. services include construction management, design/build, design/assist, negotiated and select list competitive bid projects. In 2007 our competitive bid projects represented 35% of our volume; design/build and design/assist accounted for 25% with the remaining 40% being performed as CM/GC. JHL is well known for providing competitive pricing in both hard bid and negotiated venues.
