DCSD - Pine Grove Elementary School

Phase One: Phase One (1) includes all work associated with construction of the two building additions. Work of this phase shall commence after the Notice to Proceed by March 01, 2010 and be complete and ready for Final Acceptance by October 29, 2010.
Phase Two: Phase Two (2) work proceeds concurrently with Phase One with restriction on construction operations that can only occur outside of school hours. Phase Two includes all work associated with the reroofing, electrical, mechanical, fire entry room, technology, and door hardware. Work of this phase shall commence by March 01, 2010 and be complete by June 08, 2010.
Phase Three: Phase Three (3) includes all work associated with construction of interior renovation, fire sprinkler system and sitework. Phase Three also includes the continuation of reroofing, electrical, mechanical, fire entry room, technology, and door hardware. Work of this phase shall commence by June 08, 2010 and be complete by July 30, 2010.
