Prequalification Form
If you would like to be considered for JHL’s prequalified subcontractor list, please begin by clicking on the link below. You will need to create a free BuildingConnected account if you do not already have one. We are excited to meet new firms to expand our existing subcontractor relationships.
Waiver & Release Forms
JHL utilizes Textura for payment applications for Subcontractors and Major Material Suppliers. All second-tier suppliers / subcontractors can electronically fill out the applicable lien waivers through Textura, or upload the applicable forms listed below:
