JHL Helps Sponsor ‘American Hero Day’ For Charter School Students
On October 11, JHL took part in sponsoring a program bringing together charter school students and WWII Veterans. The Veterans spoke about their experiences of war, answered questions, and brought life to the history that students read about in books. American Hero Day was organized by The Greatest Generations Foundation in collaboration with Woodrow Wilson Academy.
