The Gardens at Columbine Memory Care is located adjacent to the existing 100-unit assisted living building. The new expansion offers 20,000 square feet of 26 studio apartments of varying sizes, including four capable of dual-occupancy. Common amenities include a public conference room, library, activity space, multiple living rooms, and dining areas. The memory care community also has secure exterior gardens that emulate the park-like atmosphere.
