The Gardens on Quail Street

The Gardens on Quail Street is a new 86,000 square foot memory care assisted living and skilled nursing facility in Arvada, Colorado. The building includes 46 memory care bedrooms and 46 skilled nursing bedrooms. The building design features neighborhoods of units with three memory care neighborhoods on the 1st floor and three skilled nursing neighborhoods on the 2nd floor. The facility has the capability of serving 128 residents. Outside, the facility offers garden walking paths and a landscaped courtyard area.
