Jeff is a graduate of the Construction Management program at Colorado State University. He has continued his education over the years with the AGC Executive Leadership Academy and several other industry organizations. Jeff’s project experience includes a wide variety of projects in healthcare, K-12 education, higher education, multifamily, and mixed-use. Throughout his 20+ year career, Jeff has held positions across nearly all ranks of preconstruction and construction operations. As Vice President, Jeff leads JHL’s Preconstruction team and, in collaboration with JHL’s Operations Teams, is focused on innovation and execution strategy to deliver first-class results with absolute reliability.
