Construction includes new interchanges up to E470 and I-70, numerous bridges, trunk line and distribution utilities, roadways, electrical, landscaping, tributary drainage ways, earthwork, parks, open space, and various metropolitan district facilities.

This project consists of an 8,000 square foot cast-in-place and precast concrete structure and associated site/infrastructure work. The scope of the project will relocate and enclose the 42” diameter Quincy Reservoir supply line and the 62” diameter Rampart Range Reservoir supply line into the Griswold facility. When complete, the new work will accommodate concurrent valve operation to cover a flow range between 0 and 120 millions of gallons per day.

Design-Build new K-8 School that embraces the history of the site and respects it in many ways. The most prominent is the Barn Type look of the school building. The interiors include beautifully polished concrete floors, a great room shared by the commons and library and collaborative pods for each grade level. On the exterior, the site takes advantage of GOCO and Adams County open space grants and has a natural heavy timber wood and stone playground.

This project included upgrading the Dillon Amphitheater located on Lake Dillon. Scope involved a new concessions building, bathroom buildings, two new green rooms, three new changing rooms and a larger stage than ever before. The venue is also now equipped with an ADA accessible ramp. The top of the venue is also a new walking area known as the walking plaza.

Summit County Landfill Expansion

This project included two new landfill cells equaling 250,000 cubic yards of earthwork export, over one mile of road expansion, 18 acres of a three layer clay /HDPE/drain mat, 6,000 tons of leachate collection rock, drain piping and collections systems, 2,000 feet of 6” and 12” fusion welded HPDE pipe, concrete structures, and an infiltration gallery. Scope also included, removing and sorting over 150,000 cubic yards of existing landfill waste at Cell 7 to repair a damaged leachate drain and pump, and to install an extension to the existing HDPE liners for additional landfill capacity.

The innovative facility sits on a 14.9-acre campus in the heart of Castle Rock. The campus is a one-of-a-kind education building that forms a cross-partnership between Arapahoe Community College, Colorado State University, Douglas County School District, Town of Castle Rock, and several local Colorado businesses. Applied learning areas for Cyber Security, Secure Software Development, Business, Accounting, Entrepreneurship and Health Care are paired with industry partners to develop hands-on experience for students and relationships with businesses and professionals in the South-Metro and Denver-Metro area. To solidify the associations with surrounding businesses, the campus features multiple leased spaces within the building, as well as a Community Room, a Maker Space, administrative support space, and adjoining outdoor spaces for events.

This project included the renovation of an existing 75,000 square foot, 1980’s office tower into 52 apartment units, and the construction of a new 91,000 square foot, 100-unit apartment complex. The mix of apartments includes 7 studios, 46 one-bedroom, 78 two-bedroom, and 21 three-bedroom. Shared amenities include a rooftop deck, community kitchen, fitness center, education spaces, and community gardens.

This project consisted of a 50,000 square foot tenant finish, landscaping improvements, and site upgrades. The clubhouse includes a grand entry and living room that flows out to the main terrace, a bar and dining room, a private dining area, full gourmet kitchen, a banquet ballroom, a climate controlled wine room, golf pro-shop, men’s and women’s lounges and locker rooms, spa facilities, fitness rooms, and indoor practice hitting bays.
