DCSD Elementary School #51

JHL Constructors is delivering Douglas County School District Elementary School #51, the first public school in the rapidly growing Sterling Ranch community. The 91,000 square foot school, designed by MOA Architecture, will serve preschool through fifth grade, accommodating up to 750 students and approximately 100 staff with modern, flexible learning spaces that support collaboration and community connection.

Scheduled to open for the 2027 to 2028 school year, the project represents DCSD’s first newly constructed elementary school in more than a decade and reflects the District’s long term vision for growth and high quality education.
