Summit County Transit Headquarters
Summit County’s new 76,000-SF Transit Headquarters in Frisco will serve as the hub for the county’s transition to a 100% electric bus fleet. The three-story facility features heated fleet parking, a maintenance shop, dispatch center, and dedicated operations offices. In addition, the project provides much-needed workforce housing with 10 on-site residential units for transit employees, supporting both sustainability and community needs.
