Legacy Campus Phase II

Phase II at the Legacy Campus expands hands-on learning opportunities through a multi-phased tenant finish focused on workforce development and industry certification programs. The project built out the existing east wing of the facility to create three new high-bay labs dedicated to Construction, HVAC, Electrical, and Carpentry, as well as specialized spaces for an Electric Vehicle Lab and an Advanced Manufacturing Lab. Additional improvements include new collaboration areas, offices, storage, and restrooms to enhance the campus’s capacity to prepare students with real-world, career-ready skills.
