Ben began his career at JHL after completing his degree in Construction Management at Colorado State University and currently serves as President & CEO. He is responsible for the overall success of the organization and ensures that JHL’s performance fully exceeds the expectations of our clients, industry partners, and our family of committed team members. He is focused on a future driven by sustainable growth and innovation while ensuring that JHL never waivers from its culture and founding principles. He provides oversight across all JHL projects and operations, and works closely with the Leadership Team to develop and implement JHL’s vision and strategic direction. Ben is a primary shareholder, and serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

With his vast experience in large civil/infrastructure projects as well as select growth markets, he has been instrumental in JHL’s diversification in transportation, water/wastewater, self-perform earthwork & utilities, federal, and mining. Cory currently serves on the Associated General Contractors of Colorado Safety Council.
