This project is a new senior living facility serving memory care, assisted living, and independent living needs. The facility will be four-stories, 160 units, and 220,000 SF. The facility will offer 25 memory care units, 50 assisted living units, and 85 independent living units. Of these units 40 are studios, 74 are one-bedroom units and 46 are two-bedroom units. MorningStar residents on the west side will be able to take advantage of four dining venues, rooftop terrace, private courtyard, amenity spaces, and an indoor saline pool, fitness and therapy rooms.

This project was an expansion of the Parker Senior Campus. The new four-story, 138,000-square-foot building features 103 luxury units, consisting of studio, one and two-bedroom units, a great room, private and group dining areas, a full kitchen and bistro, physical therapy and fitness rooms, an indoor pool, a theater, and multiple activity rooms.

The Gardens on Quail Street is a new 86,000 square foot memory care assisted living and skilled nursing facility in Arvada, Colorado. The building includes 46 memory care units and 46 skilled nursing units. The building design features neighborhoods of units with three memory care neighborhoods on the 1st floor and three skilled nursing neighborhoods on the 2nd floor. The facility has the capability of serving 128 residents. Outside, the facility offers garden walking paths and a landscaped courtyard area.

The Gardens at Columbine memory care site is adjacent to the existing 100-unit assisted living building. The new expansion offers 20,000 square feet of 26 studio apartments of varying sizes, including 4 capable of dual-occupancy. Common amenities include a public conference room, library, activity space, multiple living rooms, and dining areas. The memory care community also has secure exterior gardens that emulate a park-like atmosphere.

This two-story 54,000 square foot assisted living and memory care community includes 64 suites of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom designs in a home-like, residential environment. Nineteen suites are devoted to MorningStar’s Alzheimer’s Program that offers individualized care to residents with memory loss and other related memory disorders. The community features a fireside library, grand parlor, a formal living room, private dining room, ice-cream\bistro area, a recreation room, beauty salon, theater, chapel, outdoor BBQ area and four-season porches.

This expansion building consisted of 17,000 square feet of new memory care facilities for Parker Assisted Living. The one-story, wood-framed structure is wrapped with a cultured stone and cement board siding. The facility includes a salon, multiple activity rooms, and a dining area.

This project included the renovation of an existing 105,000 square foot, 1970’s office building in Aurora into 86 units of age restricted apartments for adults 55 years and older. The building features studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 600 – 1,120 square feet. The project also features two commons areas, an administrative space, fitness center, card room, conference room, and multi-purpose/craft rooms. Renovations included the demolition of the existing aluminum facade and building a new energy efficient exterior. Finishes included maple finish cabinets, granite counter tops, vinyl plank floors in the kitchen areas, carpeted rooms, and ceramic tile floors and wainscots in the bathrooms.

This full-service senior living facility includes 76 assisted living units and 39 independent apartments. Built on several post-tensioned concrete slabs, the wood frame structure is wrapped with a cultured stone and stucco veneer and is capped with an asphalt shingle roof. Golden Pond is the first retirement living facility located in Golden Colorado. This one of a kind facility offers a wide range of care options to its residents. The community areas include an entertainment patio, gardens and ponds, an exercise facility, theater room, beauty salon and spa, a game room, a general store, private dining rooms, and an ice cream parlor.
