JHL Constructors is excited to announce the addition of several key team members to support our growing work program of educational, municipal, multifamily, office, civil, and healthcare projects, expected to exceed $210 million in 2019.

Sr. Preconstruction Manager – Laura Hoff
Laura graduated from the University of Nebraska Lincoln with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and has over 15 years of experience in the Colorado construction industry. Her project experience includes a wide variety of markets; such as healthcare, hospitality, education, office, and multifamily. Notable projects she has worked on include: W Aspen, S’PARK development in Boulder, St. Thomas Moore remodel, Exempla Saint Joseph Heritage Project, Denver Health MOB, 1800 Larimer/Xcel, American Academy, Limon K-12 School, and the ART Hotel. Laura is actively involved in the DBIA & AGC, she is also the chairman for the annual DBIA Rocky Mountain Region sporting clay tournament. Laura was also recently the recipient of an ENR top 20 under 40 award.
Sr. Project Manager / MEP Coordinator – Tanya Padilla
Tanya has over 12 years of experience in the construction industry with an emphasis in MEP systems. She graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management in 2006. Her project experience includes Ralph L. Carr Judicial Center, Charles Schwab Lone Tree Campus, Fort Carson TEMF Projects, Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center, and multiple SunEdison Solar projects. Tanya’s first project with JHL is managing the $42 million Metro Wastewater RWHTF Support Facilities Upgrade project that includes two new ground-up buildings, two renovations/additions, a new fueling facility, and associated sitework on an active wastewater treatment facility campus.
Marketing Coordinator – Brianna Hallmark
Brianna is a recent graduate from Concordia University Nebraska with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Minor in Graphic Design. While attending college, she was a member of the Women’s indoor and outdoor track and field teams and worked for the college’s marketing department handling outbound designs for future students, present students, and alumni. Brianna will be focused on supporting both JHL’s internal and external marketing efforts.
Estimator – Trevor Hartley
Trevor has over 20 years of estimating experience in the construction industry with an emphasis in commercial and civil construction. His project experience covers a wide range of markets including healthcare, K-12, higher education, retail, ground-up office, tenant improvement, municipal, industrial, multifamily residential, and hospitality projects. Notable projects he’s worked on include 999 17th Street, Aspen Walk, Union Senior Campus, Oakridge Senior Campus, Ting Internet Data Center, Boulder Toyota, LHM Dodge, Enterprise Auto Plaza, AFC Urgent Care, and Pikes Peak Vet Clinic.
