JHL Constructors Celebrates Milestones on Two K-12 Projects
Englewood, CO – Last week, JHL Constructors (JHL), Big Valley Construction and Dynamic Program Management, joined members of the Fraser and Granby communities to celebrate two highly impactful projects which opened to students earlier this summer.
Adam Fernan, Construction Executive at JHL, shared, “It’s been a true pleasure to work on these projects for the district. Getting to know the community and witnessing their commitment to investing in their educational facilities has been incredibly rewarding.”
The East Grand School District (EGSD) celebrated the extensive renovations at Fraser Valley Elementary School and Middle Park High School, both designed by Hord Coplan Macht and MA Studios. These projects reaffirm the District’s dedication to expanding and modernizing educational spaces for students and staff.
The celebrations kicked off on September 11 with the ribbon-cutting ceremony for Middle Park High School’s new athletic fields and renovations. The event was perfectly timed with Back to School Night, and was warmly received by students, staff and faculty alike. Alongside the new athletic fields, the high school also saw interior renovations, HVAC upgrades, and site improvements.
On September 12, Fraser Valley Elementary’s ribbon-cutting took place, where attendees celebrated the completion of a classroom addition, upgrades to the cafeteria, and restroom renovations for ADA compliance.
Fernan added, “As a Colorado school builder, it’s an honor to deliver these facilities to the Grand County community, supporting their ongoing growth. We are proud to play a role in enhancing educational environments that will serve future generations.”
