Aurora Highlands Mile High Tributary

This infrastructure package supports The Aurora Highlands’ 6000-acre master plan infrastructure development. JHL worked with multiple sub-contractors that required tight schedule coordination to keep the large site project on track. Our team provided design assist electrical and controls of tributary electrical components and site lighting scope through the entirety of the development. The project includes over 200 acres of civil work, including flood control dams, tributary improvements, force mains, 24-inch and 36-inch water transmission lines, grading and stabilization of the primary tributary drainage way, structural excavation and backfill, balance grading, construction of five bridge structures and pedestrian passageways, approximately 4.5 lane miles of roadway, curb and gutter, detached sidewalk, site retaining walls, 18-foot by 6-foot precast box culvert, and over five miles of water, sanitary, and storm utilities. Project also required demolition of existing Aurora Water Utilities.
