Parker Senior Living Campus

This phased community encompasses over 200,000 SF of assisted living and memory care.

Phase 1 – Parker Senior Living and Memory Care spans 71,000 SF and includes 88 suites of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom designs in a residential environment. Forty-three of the suites are devoted to MorningStar’s Alzheimer’s program and offer individualized care to residents with memory loss or disorders. Community amenities include a fireside library, grand parlor, formal living room, private dining room, ice cream / bistro area, recreation room, beauty salon, theater, chapel, outdoor BBQ area and four-season porches.

Phase 2 – Parker Independent Living expanded the community with an additional four-story, 138,000 SF building offering 103 luxury units. Additional amenities in this phase include a great room, private and group dining areas, a full kitchen and bistro, physical therapy and fitness rooms, an indoor pool, theater and multiple activity rooms.
