Quincy Pump Station
Construction includes coordinated work across multiple disciplines, with major building, structural, and systems installations. Excavation, grading, with subgrade preparation, small‑diameter yard piping, seeding, and site restoration, performed with specific attention to dam‑adjacent work limits and embankment protection requirements. Brick façade, membrane roofing systems, overhead coiling doors, and architectural integration with the existing facility. Cast‑in‑place concrete foundations, reinforced CMU structural walls, structural steel framing, and a new structural metal roof system designed to current standards and dam‑safety‑adjacent criteria. Mechanical includes, three 12‑MGD pumps, one 3‑MGD pump, and one 2‑MGD centrifugal pump, steel and ductile iron process piping (4”–30”), fittings, and valves, Air handling unit, heating unit, HVAC ducting, and ventilation systems. Electrical and Instrumentation includes, Electrical feed duct banks and main power distribution, Motor Control Center (MCC), Valve actuators and flow control equipment, PLC and SCADA integration, flow meters, lighting, and security systems.
