VLF Phase III

JHL Constructors is delivering Phase 3 of a multi-year leach reservoir expansion, building on work completed in 2025 and continuing through 2027. The project ranges from elevations 10,000’ to 11,000’ and covers over 100 acres.

In 2025, Stage B construction included millions of square feet of subgrade preparation, placement of clay liner and drain cover fills, installation of a textured geomembrane liner, and over 30,000 LF of piping. Work was supported by a large heavy equipment fleet, drone surveys, GPS-guided grading, and a robust quality assurance program.

Stage C.1 (2026) and Stage C.2 (2027) will follow the same sequence of subgrade preparation, clay liner placement, liner installation, and piping, with quantities scaled to each stage. Additional earthwork, access ramp construction, and material pre-staging will ensure uninterrupted progress to mine operations

Once complete, the expansion will deliver a high-quality, long-term ore leach reservoir storage built to exact Federal, State and operational standards.
