April 2022 – Groundbreaking, Parker Water Headquarters
Parker, CO – On April 1, 2022, JHL and Perkins & Will joined Parker Water and Sanitation District (PWSD) to celebrate the groundbreaking of the two-story, 139,000 SF headquarters in Parker, Colorado.
Designed by Perkins & Will, the new facility features two curved levels inspired by a drop of water’s concentric rings of outward momentum. The headquarters will include consolidated administrative spaces, a water quality laboratory, and district maintenance and operations facilities for current and future PWSD staffing and operations requirements.

The new facility is expected to be complete in the Fall of 2023.
