JHL Constructors Celebrates Completion of Parker Town Hall Expansion and Renovation
Parker, CO – JHL Constructors (JHL) joined the Town of Parker, project partners, and community members to celebrate the completion of the Parker Town Hall Expansion and Renovation, a project designed to enhance municipal services and meet the needs of the town’s growing population.
Designed by Anderson Mason Dale (AMD), the project transforms and expands the existing Town Hall with approximately 67,060 gross square feet of new and renovated space. Improvements include a 32,000-square-foot, two-story addition to the east, a one-story addition to the west, and the renovation of approximately 32,000 square feet of the existing facility. The expanded Town Hall provides additional workspace for Town staff, improves safety and security, enhances accessibility, modernizes technology and building systems, and creates space for new community services that were previously unavailable.
The project also includes significant site improvements, including reconfigured parking areas, a new parking lot east of Pikes Peak Avenue, and the realignment of a portion of Pikes Peak Avenue to support the expanded campus. Throughout the design and construction process, the new additions were carefully integrated with the existing facility, maintaining the architectural character of Town Hall through complementary materials including red brick, blonde brick, stone, and metal accents.
“It has been an honor to partner with the Town of Parker on a project that not only supports the needs of Town staff today but also creates the flexibility to serve residents well into the future,” said Arianne Myers, Sr. Project Manager at JHL. “We’re proud to have helped bring this vision to life and deliver a facility that will support the Town’s continued growth while providing a more functional and welcoming space for the community.”
“The Town of Parker extends its sincere appreciation to JHL and AMD for their outstanding partnership on the Town Hall Addition and Renovation Project,” said Parker Town Manager Michelle Kivela. “Their expertise, craftsmanship and commitment to excellence helped transform our Town Hall into a modern, welcoming civic space that will serve our residents and employees well for generations to come. We are grateful for their dedication to helping bring this important community investment to life.”
The Parker Town Hall Expansion and Renovation represents the Town’s continued investment in a civic campus designed to serve a growing community. With modernized spaces, improved accessibility, and upgraded functionality, the revitalized Town Hall is positioned to deliver exceptional public services and meet the community’s evolving needs for years to come.
