Legacy Campus Phase II Expands Career Pathways for Douglas County Students
Parker, CO – JHL Constructors (JHL) joined Douglas County School District (DCSD), teachers, students, and community members to celebrate the completion of Phase II at Legacy Campus, marking another milestone in the district’s ongoing investment in career and technical education.
Designed by Hollis + Miller, the multi-phased tenant finish expands hands-on learning opportunities through workforce development and industry certification programs. The project transformed the existing east wing into three new high-bay labs supporting Construction, HVAC, Electrical, and Carpentry programs, along with specialized labs for Electric Vehicle technology and Advanced Manufacturing. Additional improvements include new collaboration areas, offices, storage, and restrooms, increasing the campus’s capacity to provide students with real-world, career-focused learning experiences.
The expanded facilities further position Legacy Campus to prepare students for high-demand careers by providing access to industry-relevant training, certifications, and learning environments that reflect today’s workforce.

Our Postsecondary and Workforce Readiness offerings connect our students to career pathways, hands-on learning and future opportunities so they can confidently take their next step.
