Located in the Thornton Crossroads station area, this four-story, 142 unit development includes 51 one-bed, 76 two-bed and 15 three-bedroom units. Common area amenity spaces include both interior and exterior with a total of 239 surface parking spaces. In-unit amenities will include all kitchen appliances: refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave, as well as laundry washer/dryers. Crossing Pointe South will follow Zero Energy Ready Homes and Enterprise Green Communities Certification.
