Crossing Pointe South

Crossing Pointe South is the second phase of community residences for low and moderate-income families in Thornton. Located near Colorado Blvd and 104th St and the Thornton Crossroads Station RTD commuter rail, this four-story, 142-unit development includes 51-one-bedroom, 76-two-bedroom, and 15-three-bedroom units. In-unit amenities will include all kitchen appliances: refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, as well as laundry washer/dryers. Many common-area spaces are designed throughout the community and include open spaces and gathering spaces as well as 239 surface parking spaces. Crossing Pointe South will follow Zero Energy Ready Homes and Enterprise Green Communities Certification.
