The District

The District is a 36-acre development in the heart of the Denver Tech Center. Previously known as the Jones District, this project is located immediately adjacent to Interstate 25 in Centennial and is serviced by the Dry Creek Light Rail Station. Infrastructure work included site grading, sanitary sewer main, drainage improvements, water main, erosion control, utilities concrete, and paving. The Phase I infrastructure work was the first step for this community-centric, TOD project.

Upon completion, the walkable mixed-use community will feature 2.5 million SF of office space, a boutique hotel, residential units, and 30,000 SF of retail.
