January 2020 – Flats at Two Creeks Grand Opening
Lakewood, CO – Archway Housing & Services, JHL Constructors, Van Tilburg, Banvard & Soderbergh (VTBS Architects), Colorado Housing and Finance Authority, and the community celebrated the grand opening of the Flats at Two Creeks development on January 16, 2020!
This innovative project serves a wide range of people in our community, including Veterans in need of affordable housing. The 78-unit development has one- and two-bedroom units, twenty of which are set aside for Veterans. Flats at Two Creeks will also include supportive services, assisting veterans in stabilizing their lives. Great job to the entire team that made this project happen!
