This project included the renovation of approximately 15,000 square feet of space in the Auraria Campus Library. The renovated spaces included office and administrative areas, study rooms, and restrooms. Finishes included etched glass walls and operable etched glass doorways, curved walls, and exposed ceiling structure with clouds and reveals. Because the building was occupied throughout the renovation, the project was phased to minimize disruptions to students and staff.
“It’s very apparent that JHL is a well-run and solid company. The building occupants were not the easiest group to please, but JHL made sure to keep the lines of communication open and was always accessible to their needs and concerns. By the end of the project, JHL has become well know throughout the building and has earned everyone’s respect with their attention to detail and compassionate nature. I look forward to working with JHL again on future projects.”
