Sustainable, high performance features included: PV panels with a monitoring educational / demonstration area for students, parents, and faculty; extensive use of daylighting with state-of-the-art electric light controls, lightshelves and sunscreens; low/no emitting materials used throughout; and native Xeric turf grasses and plant materials.

“JHL often went above and beyond for our school, staff, and community. JHL was extremely professional and we appreciated the staff and crew so much that we invited them to our kick off breakfast with our staff. JHL has routinely checked up on our school and how things have progressed, well into our second year or operation. JHL goes the extra mile to ensure that we are satisfied. It is without any hesitation that I recommend JHL to any school district in need of construction management.”
